Privacy Policy

HelloClipo builds digital projects for businesses through www.helloclipo.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have. For the purposes of data-protection law, including the EU and UK GDPR, Clipo is the data controller for the data described below.
Publisher and contact
HelloClipo is presented by Hélène Quintin and Sébastien Lacan. Contact: contact@helloclipo.com. The contracting entity is identified in the proposal before commitment.
Your enquiries
Forms collect your name, email, business and needs, along with optional details specific to the form. With JavaScript, our Vercel-hosted application sends these details to a private Supabase database so our team can respond. If notifications are configured, a copy of the enquiry and its reference are sent to our team through Telegram. A reference confirms storage; it does not guarantee notification delivery. Without JavaScript, use contact@helloclipo.com: the form fallback does not save or forward an enquiry to our team. No newsletter subscription.
Protection against abuse
The contact service validates fields and uses a fingerprint of the IP address, calculated with the current date, to limit abusive submissions. This protection is separate from audience measurement.
Audience measurement and choices
Google Analytics 4 loads by default to measure visits, page changes and interactions with our site, using its cookies and browser identifier. No choice banner or form opens automatically; a visit alone does not record agreement. Google advertising parameters are denied and Google Signals is disabled in the tag. Analytics choices remain available in the footer. A refusal stays recorded until you explicitly change it and blocks Google from loading on subsequent pages. Declining also stops future Google and private event submissions on the open page; existing cookies are not deleted and data already sent is not erased. Only explicit permission less than 180 days old allows our campaign events in our private database: visit, contact or service click and saved enquiry. These events are retained for at most 90 days, separately from forms. External links are covered by the policies of the services you visit.
Hosting, retention and your requests
Vercel, Supabase, Google Analytics and, when notifications are configured, Telegram process the data needed for the flows described here. Providers may retain technical logs for operation and security. Project correspondence is retained for follow-up. To access, correct or request deletion of your data, email contact@helloclipo.com.
