How does updating by message work?

You send a message on WhatsApp or Telegram: a line of text, a photo, a price change. Clipo handles the update, sends you a preview, and publishes the change as soon as you approve it. From message to live, it usually takes just a few minutes.

What counts as an update, and what if I need more than my plan includes?

Accepted Answer

An update is a change to existing content: a text (up to one paragraph), a price, an image, or an opening time. Your monthly quota (5 on Presence, 15 on Leads, unlimited on Commerce) covers these content updates. Adding a new page, section, or custom feature is structural work, not counted in the quota: it's scoped and quoted separately. If you need more content updates than your plan includes, they're available individually or you can upgrade.

I don't have a logo or brand identity yet. Is that a problem?

Not at all, we handle it. If you don't have a logo, colors, or brand identity yet, we create them as part of the website build. We design your visual identity, choose your typography, and make sure your site looks professional and consistent from day one.

Question 4

How many revision rounds are included in the setup?

Two revision rounds are included. You review the site, share your feedback, and we refine the details before launch. Additional rounds or a full redesign are scoped separately.

Question 5

Can my site include a shop, reservations, or online payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at the level you need. The Leads plan includes a booking, quote or contact form, with submissions sent straight to your WhatsApp, Telegram or email and handled manually. To sell a few products, add the Cart module to Leads (from $69/month total): product pages and a cart, with orders sent by message and no online payment. For a full online store with integrated payments, inventory and shipping, the Commerce tier starts from $149/month. And to automatically capture and answer customer messages in their language, with real-time bookings, add the AI Assistant, from $39/month on any plan (Telegram at the entry tier; Instagram and Messenger on higher assistant plans).

Can my site be in multiple languages?

Yes. The Presence plan includes a site in up to 2 languages, and the Leads and Commerce plans up to 5. We build the versions in the languages you need, and you update them by message just like the rest of your site. On top of that, the AI Assistant add-on replies to your customers in their own language in conversation, regardless of your site's languages. Beyond that, it's available on request.

Can Clipo redesign an existing site, or only build new ones?

Both. Clipo can refresh an existing site, improve an outdated one, or build from scratch. We start from whatever you already have: an old site, an Instagram, a menu, or just a description of your business.

How soon can I get a first preview?

Accepted Answer

Our goal is to deliver a first preview within 48 hours for simple sites, depending on the content you provide.

Do you handle the domain and going live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We connect your existing domain and deploy the site. If you don't have one yet, we help you choose and set it up. The domain cost (usually $10-30/year) is on your side.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans are flexible: you can pause or cancel at any time. If you choose annual billing, you get one month free. The website setup is a one-time fee, with no mandatory subscription attached.
